Personal Genomics – part of the multinational company SOL Group – is a leader in providing genomic services based on new generation sequencing. It carries out genomic analysis and interpretation of NGS data for the consumer, research and for the clinical market, offering highly innovative products, services and solutions applicable to disease diagnosis, predictive and personalized medicine.
Role within KATY
PG will work mainly in WP6 for large scale pilot and validation and in WP8 for communication, dissemination and exploitation. The tasks include library preparation, Whole Exome Sequencing, bioinformatics analyses, communication on project news and results, commercial exploitation of the results.
