Role within KATY
The principal role was leadership of work packages and deliverables relating to the analysis of histological images of renal cancer, application of image analysis tools, and derivation and validation of algorithms using statistics and machine learning. The work packages were closely integrated with those of other partners, in particular when considering artificial intelligence solutions to extract meaning from multi-dimensional datasets including combined imaging, transcriptome, and clinical data. We also contributed clinical interpretation and critique of relevance to clinical practice.
